I. Overview
Quantitative feeders are mechanical and electrical integration equipment for continuous material dosing and batching of materials in the cement industry production line. Their role is significant. The introduction of foreign feeder control systems is expensive. For this purpose, we developed the LQGSK dosing feeder system. The core of its electronic control uses industrial computers to adapt to the harsh environment of the cement plant. In this major decision, we chose RPC-500 IPC from North China. The aircraft meets or exceeds the specified target in anti-dust, high-temperature, anti-vibration, and anti-electromagnetic interference.
At present, the normal operation of the system is in Yantai Cement No. 2 Factory.
Second, the system composition and features
LQGSK series dosing feeder consists of three parts: scale body, NORCO industrial control computer and electric control cabinet.
(A) The main function

(II) Main technical features
1. Control methods include group control and single control. The group control type is an industrial control machine that simultaneously controls the operation of 1 to 4 scale bodies. The single control type is a NORCO industrial control machine that controls a scale body. Group control type and single control type all have good human-machine dialogue function, stable and reliable operation, and convenient debugging and maintenance.
2. Strong anti-interference ability. Key parts that are prone to failure - The microcomputer controller uses the RPC-500 type 586 industrial computer from North China Company. All interface boards are optically isolated and the system reliability is high.
3. There are two kinds of motor speed control methods: slip speed control and variable frequency speed control. Users can choose one of them according to their needs.
4. Rich communication capabilities. Communication methods: 0 ~ 5V, 0 ~ 10V, 0 ~ 10mA, 4 ~ 20mA, RS232C, RS422 and so on.
5. The electronic control parts and components are all supplied by the domestic market. The spare parts are abundant and the maintenance is simple and convenient. It is suitable for China's national conditions.
Third, the composition of the computer system
1. Hardware Configuration The host selected RPC-500 type 586 industrial control computer from North China. There are multiple slots in the chassis. The user can flexibly configure according to specific requirements. Due to good dust prevention measures, it is especially suitable for dusty environments. We also chose the relevant microcomputer interface board according to the control requirements.
2. Software Design (1) We have adopted the more popular TURBO-PASCAL6.0 language for programming on the current microcomputer. The entire software fully embodies the structured program design, making the program clear and elegant, and beautiful in style.
(2) The system provides a graphic screen and full Chinese character prompts, convenient debugging, simple and clear operation, the computer automatically enters the main screen after starting, there are monitoring, calibration, printing, setting, description, exit and other sub-menu.
Four. Use the scene
The product is applied to the production line of Yantai Cement No. 2 Plant. Due to the industry characteristics, the environment of the site has large dust and interference sources, and the system has been running reliably. The control host-North China Industrial Control Computer has always been “difficult and hardworking†and has never failed. The long-term operation of the dosing feeder is well reflected by users.
