1. Pre-assessment of the project

After the initial evaluation of the project, both parties confirm the feasibility of the project plan, and the project engineer will then establish a new project process to proceed.

3. Clear testing standards

It is necessary to collect OK products and limited NG products (that is, NG varieties that are considered to be detectable in preliminary tests), and a certain amount is required. The project engineer will test the samples provided, and the detailed test standards will be confirmed by the project side.

4. Other confirmation

After the test standards are clarified, the project engineer will further confirm with you that the test equipment meets the installation site, mechanical and electrical requirements; if there are any special requirements, promptly put forward, facilitate the engineer to evaluate and design.

5, the overall plan book production, detailed quotation, contract production

Based on the above confirmation, the project engineer produces a detailed overall plan, which includes the whole machine diagram, visual configuration, inspection standards, and software functions.

Equipment design

Further design of the equipment began after the contract was signed and all aspects of the financial confirmation.

1, customer service provides related accessories

Different levels of good and defective samples, product sample dimensions, and design vehicles are required. If a dedicated carrier is required, please provide the relevant dimensions of the dedicated carrier to provide our design use.

2. Confirmation of equipment layout and electrical control action flow

After several working days of receiving the relevant accessories, we will provide the equipment layout and electrical control action flow to the responsible person of your company. If you have any questions, you can communicate with the company's technical engineers. The technical engineer will solve the problem as soon as possible. Your question.

3, machine parts design

After confirming the layout of the machine, the design of the mechanical parts is followed.

4. Selection of mechanical and electrical standard parts

After the whole machine layout drawing and the electronic control action flow are confirmed, the selection of mechanical and electrical standard parts is completed.

5, material procurement, parts processing

Material procurement, all channels are carried out in accordance with the formal process, strict quality assurance, material procurement and parts processing.

6, visual, electronic control software design

In the aspect of visual software design: the software is accurate in positioning, the algorithm is stable and reliable, the interface is friendly, beautiful, easy to operate, and the parameters are easy to adjust. 7, the whole machine assembly, trial run

Each part is inspected and transported to the assembly site for assembly. The entire assembly process is mechanically and electrically installed in strict accordance with the drawings, without ignoring every detail. 8, OK / NG sample test

After the whole machine is running for a period of time, the OK/NG sample is tested, the electronic control action of the test equipment is performed, and the mechanism will cause secondary damage to the product. Is the software detection accurate and stable? When the above tests meet the contract requirements, pre-acceptance before shipment can be performed.
