The planning contents include high, medium and low voltage transmission and distribution networks, substation layout, relay protection, communication, information, automation, etc. within the scope of Chenzhou City. The planning period is from 2006 to 2010, and the high-voltage distribution network appropriately looks forward to the load development needs in 2020, so as to reserve certain sites and route corridors. Through this planning, it is expected that at the end of the â€œEleventh Five-Year Planâ€, the 110 kV substation of Zhangzhou Power Grid will realize double power supply and double main transformer, and the power supply will automatically cast each other. The double main variable capacity ratio is not less than 2.0; the system above 110 kV and mainly The 35 kV system meets the N-1 criterion; the substation below 110 kV achieves 100% unattended; the main network voltage pass rate reaches 99%, and the integrated voltage pass rate reaches 98%. The harmonics meet the relevant regulations of the power industry. The communication system and information system realize SDH optical transmission, and the backbone transmission network has 622M bandwidth.
