"Code for Fire Protection of Interior Design of Buildings"

1 General 1.0.1 This specification is specially formulated to ensure the fire safety of the interior decoration of the building, to implement the fire prevention work policy of “prevention first, prevent and eliminate the combination” and to reduce the hazards of building fires. 1.0.2 This specification applies to the interior decoration design of civil buildings and industrial plants. This specification does not apply to the interior design of ancient and wooden structures. 1.0.3 The interior decoration design of the building should properly handle the contradiction between the decoration effect and the safety of use. Actively adopt non-combustible materials and flame retardant materials, and avoid using materials that generate a lot of smoke or toxic gases during combustion, so as to be safe and applicable. Advanced technology and economical rationality. 1.0.4 The interior decoration design of the building specified in this code includes ceilings, walls, floors, partitions, and fixed furniture, curtains, curtains, bedspreads, furniture covers, fixed ornaments, etc. in industrial buildings; Includes ceiling, wall, floor and partition finishes. Note: (1) Partition means the partition that does not reach the top. The fixed partition decoration to the top should be the same as the wall surface. (2) The decoration of the cylinder surface shall be the same as that of the wall surface. 1.0.5 The interior decoration design of the building shall comply with the current relevant national standards and norms in addition to the implementation of the provisions of this code.
2 Classification and classification of decoration materials 2.0.1 Decoration materials can be divided into ceiling decoration materials, wall decoration materials, floor decoration materials, partition decoration materials, fixed furniture, decorative fabrics and other decoration materials according to their use parts and functions. . Note: (1) Decorative fabric refers to curtains, curtains, bedspreads, furniture covers, etc.; (2) Other decorative materials refer to stair handrails, hanging mirror lines, skirting boards, curtain boxes, heating covers, etc. 2.0.2 The decoration materials shall be classified into four grades according to their combustion performance and shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.0.2:
Decoration material burning performance rating table 2.0.2

2.0.3 The burning performance level of the decoration materials shall be determined by the professional testing agency according to the provisions of Appendix A of this code. B3 grade decoration materials may not be tested. 2.0.4 A plasterboard installed on a steel keel can be used as a Class A decoration material. 2.0.5 When the surface of the plywood is coated with a first-grade facing fireproof coating, it can be used as a B1 decoration material. Note: The grade of the finish type fireproof coating should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Test Method for Fireproof Performance of Fireproof Coatings". 2.0.6 Paper and cloth wallpapers with a unit weight of less than 300g/m2 can be used as B1 decoration materials when directly pasted on Class A substrates. 2.0.7 Inorganic decorative coatings applied to Class A substrates can be used as Class A finishing materials; applied to Class A substrates with a wet coating ratio of less than 1.5 kg/m2 of organic decorative coatings. Can be used as B1 decoration materials. When the coating is applied to the B1 and B2 grade substrates, the coating shall be determined together with the substrate according to the provisions of Appendix A of this specification. 2.0.8 When using different decoration materials for layered decoration, the burning performance grade of each layer of decoration materials shall comply with the provisions of this code. Composite decoration materials should be tested by professional testing agencies and their combustion performance grades. 2.0.9 The classification of combustion performance grades of common building interior decoration materials can be determined according to the example in Appendix B of this code. 3 Civilian Buildings 3.1 General Provisions 3.1.1 When partially or foamed plastic is used on the ceiling or wall surface, the thickness shall not exceed 15 mm and the area shall not exceed 10% of the ceiling or wall area of the room. 3.1.2 Except for underground buildings, the burning performance level of interior decoration materials in windowless rooms shall be upgraded to the first level in addition to Class A. 3.1.3 The library, data room, archives room and the room where the cultural relics are stored shall be made of Class A decoration materials for the ceiling and wall, and the floor shall be of a decoration material not lower than Grade B1. 3.1.4 Large and medium-sized computer room, central control room, telephone main machine room and other rooms with special valuable equipment shall be equipped with Class A decoration materials for the ceiling and wall. Floor and other decoration shall adopt the decoration materials not lower than Grade B1. . 3.1.5 Fire-fighting water pump, smoke exhaust machine room, fixed fire-extinguishing system cylinder room, power distribution room, transformer room, ventilation and air-conditioning machine room, etc. All interior decoration should adopt Class A decoration materials. 3.1.6 Class A decoration materials shall be used for the ceiling, wall and floor of natural stairwells, closed stairwells and smoke-proof stairwells. 3.1.7 When there are atriums, walking galleries, open staircases and escalators connected in the upper and lower floors, the ceiling and wall of the connecting parts shall be of Class A decoration materials, and other parts shall be not less than Class B1. Decoration materials. 3.1.8 The smoke-proof vertical wall of the smoke-proof section shall be decorated with A-grade decoration materials. 3.1.9 The base layer on both sides of the deformation joint (including settlement joint, expansion joint and anti-seismic joint) inside the building shall be of Class A material, and the surface decoration shall adopt the decoration material not lower than Grade B1. 3.1.10 The distribution box inside the building should not be directly installed on the decoration materials below the B1 level. 3.1.11 When the high temperature part of the lighting fixture is close to the non-A grade decoration material, fire protection measures such as heat insulation and heat dissipation shall be taken. The material used for lighting shall have a burning performance rating not lower than Class B1. 3.1.12 It is not advisable to install wall hangings, sculptures, models and specimens made of B3 grade decorative materials inside public buildings. When it is necessary to set up, it should not be close to fire source or heat source. 3.1.13 For the horizontal evacuation walkway and safety exit hall of the above-ground building, the ceiling decoration material shall adopt Class A decoration materials, and other parts shall adopt the decoration materials not lower than Grade B1. 3.1.14 The door of the fire hydrant inside the building shall not be covered by the decoration. The color of the decoration material around the fire hydrant door shall be clearly different from the color of the fire hydrant door. 3.1.15 The interior decoration of the building shall not obstruct the fire-fighting facilities and evacuation signs and exits, and shall not impede the normal use of fire-fighting facilities and evacuation walkways. 3.1.16 For kitchens in buildings, Class A decoration materials shall be used for the ceiling, wall and floor. 3.1.17 In restaurants and research laboratories where fire-fighting appliances are frequently used, the burning performance level of the finishing materials shall be upgraded to the first level in addition to the A-level. 3.2 Single-layer and multi-storey civil buildings 3.2.1 The burning performance grades of the interior materials of single-layer and multi-storey civil buildings shall not be lower than those specified in Table 3.2.1.
