The tenderer is the Luhe Central Primary School in Guanyun County, and the construction fund is from State-owned self-financing, the proportion of project investment is 100%. 2. Project overview and scope of tender

3.7 This tender requires the bidder to submit a professional supervision engineer: 1 person (qualified as a registered supervision engineer or a national registered supervision engineer of Jiangsu Province);

3.10 Other requirements:
