As a downstream enterprise of the LED industry chain, the landing of the Mulinsen LED project marks the initial formation of the entire industrial chain of Yiwu LED Optoelectronics.
Near the Spring Festival, Hua Can Optoelectronics' six factories in Yiwu have been basically completed. In order to ensure the smooth use of the project, the workers are also working overtime to make progress and carry out interior and exterior renovations. In this regard, the company also temporarily increased the treatment for workers.
Zhou Fuyun, chairman of Huacan Optoelectronics, revealed that there are five or six hundred people working overtime every day, including interior decoration, which will be officially put into operation at the end of May 2017.
It is understood that Huacan Optoelectronics Project has a total investment of 6 billion yuan and covers an area of ​​350 mu. The first phase covers an area of ​​140 mu and the building area is 290,000 square meters.
The project started construction in May last year and is mainly used for research and development of LED epitaxial chips and processing of sapphire substrate cutting and coating. After reaching full production, it will form an annual output of 3 million LED chips and 13 million pieces of sapphire materials. It is expected to realize an annual business income of more than 6 billion yuan and an annual profit of more than 1 billion yuan, which can solve the employment problem of 6,000 people and fill the province's LED. A gap upstream of the industrial chain.
In addition, the first phase of the Ruifeng Optoelectronics LED Expansion and New Energy Project with a total investment of 2 billion yuan has also been completed and put into production.
According to Ma Guoqing, manager of Ruifeng Optoelectronics Manufacturing Center, as of now, our order scheduling has been scheduled for June 2017, and it is still growing, and the orders are all applied lighting orders from well-known domestic manufacturers.
