State Grid Confirms Auditing Office to Audit Executives

According to the National Grid, recently, in accordance with the National Audit Office's 2014 annual economic responsibility audit plan, the State Grid Corporation of China is actively cooperating in conducting related economic responsibility audits. The audit of the economic responsibility is based on the audit report published by the National Audit Office. In 2014, the National Audit Office plans to arrange 14 central enterprises to conduct economic responsibility audits, including 7 energy companies.

In the capital market, the five listed A-share companies of the “State Power Department” have been plunging all the way since late April. From April 24 to the close of yesterday, Confidence Electric, Pinggao Electric and XJ Electric all fell by more than 13% in all three stocks. Guodian Nanzi and Guodian Nanrui’s two stocks were slightly better, but the cumulative declines during the period also reached 9.19% and 7.64%, respectively.
