Shanghai Electric cooperates with Siemens and Huaneng

Shanghai Electric Group, Siemens AG and Huaneng Power International Corp. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Berlin on March 28. According to the agreement, the three parties will strengthen cooperation in the most advanced areas of gas turbines, ultra-supercritical power generation technology, modernization and transformation of steam turbines, and wind power. Shanghai Electric and Siemens will combine their rich international experience, expertise and strong local manufacturing capabilities to provide Huaneng with world-leading power generation technologies and products.
