1.1 Design background
The technology of remote control car based on infrared or radio frequency is quite mature, but the field of Bluetooth remote control car is still fresh. This 51-core "three-proof" 8-bit single-chip microcomputer is very happy with its high performance and easy development. Coupled with the ability to hone their own embedded programming, exercise and teammates to complete the project teamwork ability, we naturally came up with the idea of ​​making a Bluetooth remote control car.
1.2 Design Overview
The main control chip is Shenlianhua SLH89F5162, the development environment is Keil 4; the ranging method is ultrasonic echo ranging, using module HC-SR04; the communication mode is Bluetooth 2.0, the car body uses HC-05 Bluetooth serial port module, PC uses With Bluetooth adapter; the total power supply is powered by two 3500mAh/3.7V UltraFire lithium-ion rechargeable batteries in series; the MCU power supply is supplied by the LM7805 regulator chip to the 7.4V total power supply; the car body drive motor uses two reduction ratios. 1:48 6~9V DC brush motor, drive TOSHIBA-ULN2003APG chip; temperature measurement module uses DALLAS/18B20 chip with single bus architecture; host computer operating system is Windows 7, interface is written by MFC, IDE is VC6.
Second, the project design principle
2.1 Principle Overview
The host computer program uses Bluetooth to communicate with the vehicle body, sends commands, and the vehicle body performs the corresponding operations after receiving the command. In this design, the trolley can realize four actions of straight, turning, accelerating and decelerating. At the same time, it will collect the temperature information of the area to return to the upper computer, and cooperate with the ultrasonic module on the vehicle body to measure the distance directly in front of the car. If the distance is too close, it will stop automatically and request a turn command from the host computer. While sending the command, the host computer software also receives the movement information returned by the trolley, draws the trajectory of the trolley walking in the software drawing area, and displays information such as temperature.
2.2 hardware design principles
Red is the power line, black is the ground line, and blue is the connection line between the MCU and external devices. The main modules that need further explanation are DC/DC 7805 chip, temperature measurement module 18B20, driver chip ULN2003APG, ultrasonic module HC-SR04 and Bluetooth serial port module HC-05.
