1 System principle and structure
1.1 System function introduction
The system can automatically collect the ambient temperature and light intensity of the scene, collect the opening and closing status of the air conditioner and curtains at a rate of 10 times / s, and display it in real time through the LCD screen. The temperature sensing range is -55 ~ + 125 ℃, and the accuracy is ± 0.5 ℃. The intensity range of light intensity is divided into 5 levels: strong, strong, medium, weak and weak. The state of the air conditioner and curtains is on or off.
Users can communicate wirelessly between the system connected to the GSM module through terminals such as mobile phones or PHS. The communication range covers all the areas covered by the mobile network, and the true communication range is infinite. The specific communication is:
1) When the system detects that the temperature and light intensity exceed the set standard value, it will automatically send an over-standard Chinese prompt message to the user's mobile phone.
2) The user can send Chinese text messages to the system to query the temperature, light intensity, air conditioning, and curtains in the car in real time.
3) The user can send control signals to control three actions in the car: â‘ close the curtain and open the curtain. The curtain is drawn to the LG9110 by the single-chip microcomputer to drive the motor, and the action of drawing the curtain and pulling the curtain is realized by the motor rotating forward and reverse. â‘¡ Start air conditioning and stop air conditioning. Through the single-chip microcomputer to give LG9110 high level, drive the fan blades on the DC motor to simulate the start and stop of the car air conditioner. â‘¢ Start the engine and stop. The engine is simulated with an electric motor, and its rotation and stop are controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to simulate the start and shutdown of a car engine.
1.2 System Solution
The hardware circuit of this design includes power supply module, control module, temperature module, light intensity module, display module, motor drive module and GSM communication module. The relationship between the modules is shown in Figure 1.
1.2.1 Main control system module
The main control system module adopts the STC89C516RD + single-chip microcomputer based on 51 core produced by Hongjing Technology to complete the signal acquisition, control and communication functions. It has 64K on-chip FLASHROM and 1280B on-chip RAM resources, and has 51 cores. Strong, using ISP download method is simple and easy to use, and the storage capacity is large, very suitable for development and design.
In this design, the STC89C516RD + microcontroller acts as the control core. First, it collects data from various external sensors through the forward channel, and then analyzes and compares it with the internal reference data through different adaptive algorithms for each input module. Warning messages are sent to car users through GSM / CDMA network, and car users can also send various information for query and control to the system through GSM / CDMA network.
1.2.2 Temperature module
The temperature module adopts DS18B20 one-line digital temperature sensor produced by American DALLAS company. The DS1820 digital thermometer provides 9-bit (binary) temperature readings to indicate the temperature information of the device. It is sent to the host CPU via a single-wire interface, and the measured temperature value is -55 ~ + 125 ℃. The interface circuit of temperature module and main control CPU is shown as in Fig. 2.
1.2.3 Light intensity module
The light intensity module converts the analog signal generated by the light intensity of the photoresistor into a digital signal through the ADC0832 and samples it to the single-chip microcomputer to realize the collection of light intensity data in the car.
1.2.4LCD display module
The display module adopts LM6029LCD display screen with Chinese character library to display and output. LM6029 dot matrix graphic LCD display module uses S680724 controller, dot matrix number 128x64, comes with Chinese character library, uses 8bit parallel interface to connect with the main control CPU, the interface circuit between the display module and the main control CPU is shown in Figure 3.
