On March 22, Mongolian Investment announced that it had terminated the acquisition of LED-related business from Zhao Yongli, mainly because the two parties held different views on the prospects and future development of the proposed business after due diligence review, and believed that the implementation of the business plan resulted in Satisfaction will be very difficult, so both parties agree to terminate the acquisition amicably.
Pursuant to the termination agreement, the company is required to deliver to Zhao Yongli the deed of deduction formally signed by the company, together with the shares of the target company shares pledged under the share charge, and in exchange, Zhao Yongli is required to surrender a deposit of 40 million yuan to the company.
The Company believes that the termination of the acquisition has no impact on the operation or financial position of the Group. The company will continue to identify other investment opportunities to further develop the Group's business.
