The list of the record of energy-saving service companies (the first batch) will now be announced.

Six listed companies on the list

The National Development and Reform Commission recently released the first list of energy conservation service companies that meet the standards. Six listed companies such as Jiuzhou Electric, Dasci Intelligent, Hekang Inverter, and China Ke Electric have emerged, covering the manufacture of high-voltage inverters and building energy-saving businesses. And other industries.

The Ministry of Finance issued an announcement in early June stating that the central government has decided to allocate 2 billion yuan this year to support energy conservation service companies in adopting contract energy management methods to implement energy-saving reforms in industrial, construction, transportation, and public institutions. According to the relevant notice, the funds will be used to reward industrial energy-saving projects with an annual energy savings of 500 tons of standard coal or more and 10,000 tons of standard coal. Among them, the central financial incentive is 240 yuan / ton of standard coal. The provincial financial award standard is not less than RMB 60 / ton standard coal. The award criteria for economically developed regions may be adjusted upwards.

Energy Performance Contracting ( EPC ) is a new type of market-based energy-conservation mechanism; its essence is to use energy-saving costs to pay for the energy-saving business of the full cost of energy-saving projects. According to various securities companies such as Guojin Securities, Hongyuan Securities and Shenyin Wanguo, contract energy management will increase at a rate of over 30% per year within 3-5 years.

Manufacturers such as power sources will benefit a lot. Due to the increase in sales capacity of the industry, its high-voltage inverters achieved sales revenue of RMB 23.18 million in the first half of the year, an increase of 78% year-on-year. In the first half of 2010 , Hekang Inverter of the same industry also achieved sales orders of 476 units, an increase of 97.51% over the same period of the previous year. Although the sales volume of Jiuzhou Electric has declined, it combines product manufacturing with contract energy management services for marketing and opening up market channels.

Among the pure energy management service providers, Dash Smart and Yanhua Intelligent have the most outstanding performance and have entered the first review list. The former main business income of over 80% comes from building intelligence and energy conservation business. The latter’s smart building business revenue increased by 26.14% in the first half of this year, partly due to its contribution to energy-saving business.

However, some companies with considerable strength in the industry were unexpectedly defeated. Shanghai Telecom's main board boss Taihao Technology secretaries told reporters helplessly that they do not understand the NDRC's auditing standards, but at the same time stressed that this is only the first batch of audited companies, the company should have passed the audit later.
