6. Proposal and bidding model. The open bidding will adopt the unit price bidding mode. The bidding documents of the bidder shall be submitted for bidding on the following unit prices: The unit price of shirt fabric (Yuan/Yan meter) includes: male purple striped shirt, female purple striped shirt, white twill shirt.

(B) qualifications of bidders:

The bidder for this project must have the following conditions:

02 pack shirt fabric:

1. The bidder must be a professional manufacturer of cotton fabrics registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China with independent legal personality.

2. The bidder has been registered for at least four years.

3. The bidder’s registered capital shall be RMB 30 million or equivalent in foreign currency (inclusive). The foreign currency translation price is based on the pre-qualification application documents submitted by the Bank of China in the foreign currency benchmark price.

4. The bidder must pass the ISO9001 series quality management system certification.

5. The bidder must pass the ISO14001 environmental management system certification.

6. Bidders must have at least one case of bank shirt fabric supply.

7. The Bidder must have had no acts of fraud, fraud or bad records in the past China Everbright Bank's procurement projects.

(3) Way, time and place of obtaining tender documents:

1. The time of purchase of the bidding documents: December 14th, 2017 to January 2nd, 2018, 9:00-11:30 a.m., 13:30-16:30 p.m. (excluding legal holidays, holidays, etc.).
