If the luminaire does not have the ability to withstand these natural weather for a long time, it may cause malfunction or damage to the luminaire.
Xiaobian asks the professional to carry out the dust test on the finished lamp of the floodlight. The test object is the overclocked three-projection light kit TG50-A.
First, the test method
Test according to GB-T2423.37-2006 Test L, La2 Type 2 test method.
Second, the purpose of the test
The dust TG50-A is tested for its ability to protect against dust by simulating the impact of outdoor dust on the product through a dust test chamber.
Third, the sample situation
The test sample is an assembled TG50-A finished lamp with a sample power of 50W, as shown in the following figure:

Fourth, the test process
1. Put 2KG dry talcum powder into the test chamber;
2. Before the product is tested, it should be placed in a normal temperature atmosphere for about 2 hours;
3. Place the sample on the shelf in the dust box (centered);
4. Set the test parameters and start the test;
5. After 8 hours, the test is completed, take a sample, turn off the power, and let stand for 2 hours to wait for sand and dust to precipitate;
6. Use a brush to clean the fine dust on the surface of the sample in the test chamber, and then take it out and blow it off with a wind gun;
7. Check that the sample is lit normally and disassemble the glass to see if it is invading the dust.

The blown TG50-A sample was energized, the sample was lit normally, and the lamp bead was not flickering. Remove the glass and visually invade without dust. As shown below:

Conclusion
The floodlight TG50-A is tested according to GB-T2423.37-2006 test L, La2 type 2 test method. After 8 hours of sand dust test, the sample is normally lit, the glass is opened, and no dust is entered inside the silicone ring.
In this test, it is done under laboratory conditions, considering only the effects of wind and fine sand, and there is rainwater in the actual environment, and sandstone with larger diameter will also have an effect on the product. Therefore, the test conditions and actual conditions may have slightly different effects on the product.
