The German-based technology group Schott and Japan's machine vision specialist MORITEX have launched a new line of CompaVis LED lighting products for image processing. These new products are manufactured entirely by SCHOTT's Shenzhen production base and all components are sourced in China.
The CompaVis LED lighting range is designed for semiconductor manufacturing equipment or flat panel display production equipment, as well as for automated line inspection in other industrial productions. The new CompaVis LED lighting range features machine vision lenses made by SCHOTT and MORITEX for superior image processing performance.
In the initial phase, CompaVis products include a number of lighting solutions, and in the near future, CompaVis will develop into a complete machine vision series solution.
Features:
CompaVis Direct Ring Illumination: High-intensity, direct, 360-degree illumination, and the CV-R/SQ Series ensures uniformity and consistency of illumination.
CompaVis low-angle ring illumination: The CV RLA series uses low-angle illumination to reduce the specular reflection of smooth surfaces. It is ideal for uneven surface imaging, such as surface bumps, indentations, scratches and other defects.
CompaVis Shadowless Lighting: The CV-FR/DR Series provides a soft, uniform diffuse illumination for smooth surfaces that eliminates blooming.
CompaVis strip lighting: The CV-BA series uses a high-intensity LED array that illuminates the surface of the object from any angle with oblique light.
CompaVis Analog Coaxial Illumination: Designed for use with Moritex telecentric MML series lenses and other non-internal coaxial illumination lenses, the CV-CX Series offers a very uniform analog coaxial source.
CompaVis Direct Backlight: The ultra-thin, intensive design allows the CV-FL series of chip mount products to save space while providing a high quality diffused light source.
