Boxiang Steel Structure is a professional manufacturer of steel towers. We engineers and fabricates different types of transmission tower such as 10kv, 33kv, 66kv, 69kv, 110kv, 132kv, 220kv, 230kv, 400kv, 500kv,750kv,and1000kv .Single Circuit, Double Circuit, and Multi Circuit Lattice Tower. And also We mainly deal with galvanized angle steel tower. Different types of towers in a complete transmission line as Crossing Tower, Tension Tower, Angle Tower, Terminal Tower, Transposition Tower are available.Â
2. Products Fabrication Process
The transmission towers are manufactured in complete knocked-down condition following the procedures as per  our quality assurance plan. The general of production procedure is briefly describled as Fabrication and Galvanizing. Process of fabrication comprises of cutting, satmping, strengthening, punching, notching, bending and heel grinding. Then the products are ready for galvanizing which is one of critical process in all production.
Details of Galvanizing:
1. Degreasing of tower parts with Sodium Hydroxide solution.
2. Pickling to clean up the surface with HCl solution
3. Rinsing twice with fresh water to remove the acid content.
4. Fluxing wth synth flux to prepare surface for galvanizing.
5. Drying on hot plate.
6. Dipping in zinc bath with 99.95% pure zinc at 450° C to 465° C temperature.
7. Quenching in water.
8. Dichromating.

All our galvanizing zinc thickness is strictly tested before delivery in view of its importance.
3. Our Products Advantages
We fabricates every tower by solid steel legs and angle iron cross members & pipes. tower can reach heights up to 268 meter. Boxiang Steel is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of every tower section. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies.Â
4. Products Samples and Trial Assembly

The price includes pole shaft, base plate, crossarm and anchor part.
Shipping seaport: Qingdao Port. For FOB, CFR or CIF price, please specify which exact model you need, and tell us your order quantity so that we can calculate the local transport charges and sea freight.

3. Payment: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
