Greek wind power installed capacity increased by nearly a quarter in 2011 compared to the same period last year

The Greek Wind Energy Association stated that last year, the country’s wind power installed capacity increased by more than 23% year-on-year.

The association said in an e-mail statement that in 2011, wind power installed capacity increased from 1,320.4 MW in 2010 to 1,626.5 MW.
