Secondly, if the temperature controller is improperly adjusted, the temperature sensing tube is mistakenly placed at the inlet of the evaporator, so that the temperature inside the box does not fall to the required value when the temperature controller is operated. The temperature controller and temperature tube position can be adjusted.
Again, the refrigeration system leaks or occludes, reducing the cooling efficiency. At this point, you should first determine whether it is a leak or a blockage. In the case of a leak, the system piping should be checked for leaks and repairs. If it is clogged, the drying filter can be replaced, and if necessary, the pipeline should be purged with nitrogen to remove impurities. Finally, there may be internal compressor failures that reduce operating efficiency and reduce cooling capacity. The compressor casing should be cut for repair.
