2. The supplier has Class B qualification for housing construction supervision and Class B qualification for municipal public works supervision;
3, the proposed project director must have the qualifications of professional construction supervision engineer registered in the housing construction project and municipal engineering professional supervision engineer qualification, with related professional intermediate and above engineering and technical titles;
4. Similar project performance since January 1, 2014 (need to provide notification of successful bids and contracts, the time of which will be based on the bid-winning notice);
5. Financial audit reports for 2014, 2015 and 2016;
