The first technical data standard for LED engineering in the high and cold regions of China, "Technical Requirements for LED Road and Tunnel Lighting" (Trial), was drafted and compiled by China Harbin Institute of Standardization, Harbin Institute of Electronic Computing and Harbin City Street Light Management Office in 2010. Implementation began on the 28th of the month.
As one of the pilot cities of the national “Ten Cities and Ten Thousand†semiconductor lighting application project, Harbin City will invest RMB 200 million to RMB 300 million in three years according to the “Ten Cities and Ten Thousand Miles†lighting planning plan of Harbin City. Various types of LED lighting fixtures are 260,000 baht, and implement LED lighting application projects such as ice and snow landscape, natural landscape along the Songhua River, architectural art landscape, road lighting and subway engineering.
At present, Harbin has developed LED street lights, landscape lamps, and car lighting that can withstand minus 40 degrees Celsius to resist the cold environment.
