Calorimeter, a kind of coal testing equipment, used to detect the calorific value of coal, can also be called calorimeter, calorimeter and big card machine. In use, ignition failure is a common fault of the calorimeter. The main causes are: A ignition line is broken, B electrode is in poor contact, C electrode is rusted, D relay is bad, E coal sample heat value is too low to burn.

1 Stirring is normal.

2 Is the ignition insurance behind the calorimeter blown?).

3 The calorimeter probe shows if the temperature is normal.

4 The oxygen bomb ignition electrode is dirty and rusted.

5 Whether the inner cover is in contact with the oxygen warhead.

6 Please use the multimeter to measure the ignition voltage (after measuring no voltage): Fault reason: There is no possibility of no ignition voltage: 1 Transformer 24V neutral wire failed to connect to the outer casing 2 Transformer 24V fuse failed to connect to the inner cover Terminal 3 on the control ignition relay is broken

Calorimeter ignition failure processing method:

Prepare spare parts: several different specifications of relays, the same inside the cover electrode, ignition wire 1 meter

After the measurement, it is found that there is no ignition voltage of 24V, and there is 24V when the calorimeter back cover measurement relay output is turned on, which proves that the relay has an open circuit to the inner cylinder cover electrode line, or the transformer to the outer cylinder casing line has an open circuit. After inspection, it was found that the inner cylinder cover electrode had poor rust contact and was subjected to electric welding. The problem has been solved.
