Upon the entrustment of Shanwei Yihui Fund Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the â€œTendereeâ€), the qualified bidder of the Hospital Information System Bidding Project (Delegation Agreement: ZB16D2145) was submitted for sealed bidding. Qualified bidders are requested to submit sealed bids for the following equipment and related services. The bidding content of the project is as follows:

Bidder Qualification Requirements: Bidders who have not registered members on (China Pickup Information Network http://) should first register:

Package 1:

1. The bidder shall be a domestic enterprise legally registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China with legal personality and business license. This project does not accept the consortium bid.

2. Bidders must have HIS, EMR and hospital information platform copyright registration certificates.

3. The Bidder issued the "Proof of Record of No Bribery Criminal Record" issued by the local People's Procuratorate.

Package 2:

2. The bidder has included at least one successful case of hospital system integration (including HIS+ hardware equipment) project performance since 2011.

3. The Bidder issued the "Proof of Record of No Bribery Criminal Record" issued by the local People's Procuratorate.

Third, to obtain the tender documents, the time, place, method and price of the tender documents

Bidding documents are sold by bidding agencies. The bidding agency only accepts bids for the suppliers who purchase bids for this project. Interested bidders are requested to bring the following information:

1 Legal representative / person in charge of qualification certificate, legal representative / person in charge of power of attorney

2 Copy of business license (copy will be affixed with the official seal. If it is not a "three-in-one certificate" license, a copy of the tax registration certificate will also be provided).
