The Xen project management program has been in Cambridge since the 1990s, and the project was open sourced in 2002. First look at the Xen application scenario, then we extend to Zynq. Wind River has just released a blog that describes running VxWorks and Linux on the ARM cortex-A53 processor. If you want VxWorks and Linux to run under the same system, developers need to provide a hybrid software system that combines the advantages of both operating systems to enable VxWorks to manage more urgent tasks. Enables Linux to leverage its human-computer interface and connect to the cloud platform. The blog describes its application scenario, allowing VxWorks to run on a platform with signal processing and spectral analysis capabilities. This is to highlight its real-time performance. DornerWorks also released a version of the Xen project manager called Virtuosity (formerly known as the Xen Zynq-assigned hypervisor) that runs on the ARM Cortex-A53 processor core in the Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+MPSoC. Therefore, Wind River and DornerWorks collaborated to create a solution for the Xen project management program specifically for the VxWorks and Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+MPSoC ZCU102 eval kit platforms. DornerWorks announced that it will provide Xen project management program to Zynq UltraScale+MPSoC, which will help Zynq's application in the industry to develop better. In particular, the signal acquisition and parallel processing algorithms have to go to higher aspects at the same time.
Virtuosity is specifically tailored for the Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ and can be easily downloaded from the DornerWorks website. It can be easily started from the Xilinx Zynq board, and then you can follow the user manual to install Ubuntu14.04LTS and VxWorks.
