Circuit Operation Principle The health care instrument circuit consists of a power circuit, an electrical pulse generator circuit, and a magnetocaloric control circuit, as shown in Figure 9-30.
The power circuit is composed of a timer Q, a fuse FU1, a FU2, a power transformer T1, a rectifier bridge stack UR, a filter capacitor Cl, a C5, a Zener diode VS, a current limiting resistor Rl, R7, and a power indicating LED VLl.
The electric pulse generator circuit is composed of a six-gate integrated circuit ICl (Dl-D6), resistors R2-R6, R8, a potentiometer RP1, a capacitor C2-C4, a diode VD1, a VD2, a transistor V and a pulse transformer T2.
The magnetocaloric control circuit is composed of a time base integrated circuit lC2, a resistor R9-Rl2, a potentiometer RP2, a capacitor C6, a diode VD3, a VD4, a light emitting diode VL3, a thyristor VT and an electric heater EH.
After the timer Q and the AC 220V voltage are turned on and stepped down by Tl, an alternating gV voltage and a 28V alternating current voltage are respectively generated on the W2 winding and the W3 winding.
After the AC 9V voltage is filtered by UR and Cl, one way is used as the working power of IC2; the other way is limited by Rl,
After VS voltage regulation, +5V voltage is generated, which is used as the working power of ICl. After the +5V voltage is also stepped down by R7, VLl is lit.
The AC 28V voltage is regulated by the crystal tube VT and supplied to the electric heater EH.
IC1 and VD1, VD2, C2-C4, and R2-R4 form three oscillator circuits. Its application, ICL internal non-gate D3, D4 and R2, C2 constitute a low-frequency oscillator, non-gate D5, D6 and R3, C3, VDl constitute a controlled intermediate frequency oscillator, non-gate D1, D2 and R4, C4, VD2 Controlled high frequency oscillator. The low frequency pulse signal generated by the low frequency oscillator modulates the intermediate frequency oscillator, the modulated signal output by the intermediate frequency oscillator modulates the high frequency oscillator, and the modulated pulse signal output by the high frequency oscillator is applied to the base of V via RP1 and R5. V is intermittently turned on, and a pulse voltage is generated across the secondary winding (W5 winding) of T2. The pulse voltage acts on the acupuncture points of the human body through the electrodes a and b, and stimulates the meridians of the human body to play the role of dredging the meridians and relieving pain.
Adjusting the resistance of RPl can change the conduction time of V, thereby changing the strength of the electrical pulse and adjusting the intensity of the electrical pulse stimulation.
The trigger control circuit of VT is composed of IC2 and peripheral components. Adjusting the resistance of RP2 can change the conduction angle of VT, thus changing the temperature of EH heating.
VL2 illuminates when the electrical pulse generator is operating normally, and VL3 illuminates when the magnetocaloric control circuit is operating.
When the timing of the timer Q ends, the control contact is disconnected, and the working power of the health care device is selected by the component.
Rl-Rl2 uses 1/4W metal film resistor or carbon film resistor.
Both RPl and RP2 use small synthetic carbon film potentiometers.
Both Cl and C5 use aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a withstand voltage of 25V; C2 and C3 use monolithic capacitors; C4 uses ceramic capacitors or CBB capacitors; C6 uses aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a withstand voltage of 5OV.
Both VDl and VD2 use 1N4148 silicon switching diodes; VD3 and VD4 select 1N4007 silicon rectifier diodes.
V selects S8550 or 3CG8550, S9012 type silicon NPN transistor.
VT selects 2P4M (2A, 400V) type thyristor.
IC1 selects CD4069 or CC4069, MCl4069 type six non-gate integrated circuits; IC2 selects NE555 or CD7555 type time base integrated circuit.
T1 selects 5-8W power transformer; T2 uses lW, secondary voltage is 3-6V power transformer (use its primary winding as winding W5 and secondary winding as winding W4).
EH uses a magnetothermal heater of 100-5OOW.
Q selects 0-6Omin mechanical timer.
