Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
Inspection
To ensure the quality, we have professional technicists to inspect the poles during the manufacturing and before delivery.
We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thickness Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.

We have two different kinds of flashlight according to the battery: Non-rechargeable and Rechargeable Headlight! So we can meet the demands for various customers. For our Headlights, we control our quality strictly from buying new raw material, processing, machining, anodize finish to final inspection etc. The raw material we used are all aerospace grade Aluminum and new plastic material with strong hardness! We have more than 105 Precise machining machines for processing. Our anodizing finish will assure enough time to keep it meet our quality.
