When the product is placed in an X-ray machine, a clear gold wire soldering condition can be observed. If you have to disconnect, you can see it intuitively.

COB manufacturers need to strengthen product inspection and control the use of welded porcelain nozzles during welding. Regularly check the gold wire tension and the gold ball thrust and residual gold volume, and periodically replace the porcelain mouth to ensure good welding quality.

When flip chip soldering, a solder paste inspection machine can be installed before soldering and a soldering inspection machine can be added after soldering to avoid similar conditions.
