2. Qualification requirements:
1 The bidder must be an independent legal person registered in the People's Republic of China with a registered capital of more than 1 million yuan;
2 Bidders must be specialized in designing, manufacturing, and installing outdoor billboards with corresponding technical strength;
3 Foreign companies require a registered branch in Shenzhen;
4 Bidders must have at least one successful case for the production or construction of banks or large-scale outdoor billboards in Shenzhen area undertaken since 2007, and the single business amount is over RMB 500,000 (including 500,000);
