The first package: monitoring system maintenance
The second package: LED large screen maintenance and touch screen upgrade and maintenance
The third package: conference system maintenance
The fourth package: OA system follow-up costs
The fifth package: communication trunk emergency repair

2. The scope includes: supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, training and after-sales service of the goods. The specific scope of the quotation, the scope of procurement and the specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the business, technology and services in this negotiation document.
Remarks: According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Finance, “Administrative Measures for Government Procurement of Imported Products†(Cuiku [2007] No. 119), all procurement contents covered by this negotiation document must be purchased domestically, except for those marked as “imported productsâ€. It is not a product that has entered China and passed through customs outside China through customs clearance.
3. Service time: The service will be started within one week after the contract is signed, and the purchased equipment will be delivered within one month.
4. Qualifications for qualified suppliers
(1) Ability to independently assume civil liability;
(2) Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
(3) Have the equipment and professional technical skills necessary to perform the contract;
(4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
(5) In the three years prior to the participation in this government procurement activity, there were no major illegal records in the business activities;
(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations;

(2) Tax registration certificate (national tax, local tax);
